Primal Flame Co. started because I got tired of talking myself out of trying things.

I’ve worked in restaurants most of my life, and food has always been tied to memories, conversation, and people gathering around a table.

This brand started with one simple idea:

Create something unique that turns ordinary bread, steak nights, pasta, or dinners with friends into an experience.

Every batch is made with intention, inspired by fire cooking, restaurant culture, and the belief that trying matters more than waiting until you feel “ready.”
